About College Teaching Interns
CTI is abbreviated for College Teaching Interns. It is a teaching opportunity program that was introduced by the government of Punjab and officially announced by the HEC in response to the need for lecturers and teachers in government colleges. This program was introduced to provide teaching opportunities to young candidates who are looking forward to begin their career as a teacher or a lecturer. The best thing about this program is that there isn’t any age restriction. The only thing which matters is the educational background of the candidate. The minimum educational qualification requirement of the CTI Program for BS Colleges is MS/ M.Phil./ Ph.D., while the requirement for all other colleges is BS/ Master Degree/ BS (FYDP) with at least a second division in the relevant subject. This program is functioning without any gender discrimination and is eligible for both male and female candidates.
