About Heavy Mechanical Complex

The Heavy Mechanical Complex Ltd (HMC) was established 42 years ago in the year 1979 with help of the Chinese. It is a state-owned enterprise and a defense manufacturing company of Pakistan that is equipped with modern and innovative computer labs, highly qualified engineers, drafting facilities, licensed engineering software, retrieval systems, a library of updated technical books, etc. This company is also known as “Mother of all Industries” which is playing a vital role in the socio-economic development of Pakistan through its use of modern technologies and a wealth of experience. This company is owned and authorized by the Pakistan Ministry of Defence and is manufacturing many types of equipment for chemical plants, sulphuric acid plants, hydroelectric power plants, etc. Apart from these, HMC also manufactures other products on regular basis for railways, cranes, steel structures, boilers, etc.  Currently, this company is functioning in Taxila Punjab, under the management of Managing Director Engr.
