About National Engineering and Scientific Commission
The National Engineering & Scientific Commission (NESCOM) is a subsidiary of the National Defence Complex and comes under the authority of the National Command Authority (NHA) of Pakistan. The Strategic Plans Division of Pakistan operates this commission as NESCOM was formed to manufacture missiles for Pakistan.
