About Ministry of Law and Justice (MOLAW)
The Ministry of Law and Justice was formed to administer and manage the public law enforcement agencies and operations in the country. It is a cabinet-level ministry that is responsible and committed to provide quality services based on merit, transparency, equity, and fair judgment. This ministry is based on 3 departments, i.e. Accountability Courts, Anti-Dumping Appellate Tribunal, and Competation Appellate Tribunal. This ministry is operating with a number of important organizations such as Drug Courts, Banking Courts, Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue, Foreign Exchange Regulation Appellate Board, Federal Service Tribunal, Commercial Courts, Intellectual Property Tribunal, etc. This ministry is authorized by the federal government of Pakistan and is currently functioning under the management of Minister for Law and Justice Senator Dr. Muhammad Farogh Naseem and Parliamentary Secretary Barrister Maleeka Ali Bukhari.
