The emergency service of the Sindh province was established in the year 2006 which is easily assessable for the citizens of Sindh by calling 1122. This service is known as “Rescue 1122” which was formed to act instantly in emergencies, i.e. fire, medical emergencies, explosions, and accidents, etc. It is one of the largest rescue services in South Asia which was introduced by the District Emergency Boards and established under the act of Sindh Emergency Service. This organization has done millions of rescue operations through its ambulance service, fire service, and rescue service.
